Unlike the others, Agapanthus 'Notfred' has so far survived outdoors for us, although through a milder than normal winter. The 6" tall clumps of narrow foliage are topped in midsummer with 18" tall spikes of medium blue lavender flowers. In our climate, the variegation pattern on the leaves starts as a yellow
